We are seeking a creative . Growth Manager. to join our client, a U.S.-based wholesale e-commerce distribution company that operates as a trusted partner for businesses seeking bulk and wholesale products across multiple categories. This role is critical for the next phase of growth, focusing on expanding their client base and revenue streams while maintaining their reputation for quality service and competitive pricing.. Key Responsibilities. Sales & Business Development. . Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship building. . Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into wholesale customers. . Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up. . Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. . Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new wholesale customers. . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. . Multi-Channel Sales Strategy. . Develop and execute outreach strategies across Discord, social media, email, and LinkedIn. . Create compelling sales messaging tailored to different platforms and audiences. . Identify and engage with potential customers on relevant industry platforms. . Build strategic partnerships and referral networks. . Performance Analysis & Optimization. . Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. . Track conversion rates across different acquisition channels. . Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership. . Optimize sales processes based on data-driven insights. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment for new clients. . Coordinate with customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels. . Communicate customer feedback to improve products and services. . . . 3+ years of sales or business development experience. , preferably in e-commerce, wholesale, or B2B distribution. . . Proven track record. of meeting or exceeding sales targets. . Knowledge of Discord, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools. . Strong communication and presentation skills. . Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. . Proficiency in social media platforms and digital outreach tools. . Self-motivated with ability to work independently. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience in wholesale distribution or e-commerce industry. . Background in B2B sales with experience selling to retailers/resellers. .
