We are currently looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant, RWD Insights (Commercial Pharma) in the United States.. This role provides a unique opportunity to support commercial pharmaceutical clients by delivering actionable insights from complex healthcare datasets. The Lead Analytics Consultant will combine deep technical expertise in SQL and Python with a strong understanding of commercial pharma analytics to answer feasibility questions, generate patient/provider counts, and create tailored data extracts. By translating complex data into clear, business-relevant outputs, you will directly influence client decision-making and enable sales teams to effectively demonstrate the value of real-world data. Execute feasibility analyses and generate patient/provider counts to support pre-sales engagements with commercial clients.. . Translate client questions into actionable data queries and provide timely, accurate responses using SQL and Python.. . Prepare pre-sales deliverables, including summary tables, feasibility decks, and data samples, to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Validate and stress-test feasibility results to ensure accuracy and reliability prior to client delivery.. . Support client discussions by explaining methodology, assumptions, and data coverage in a clear and compelling manner.. . Educate clients and partners on best practices for querying healthcare data aligned with commercial objectives.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions, and data delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs into post-sale execution.. . Contribute to a library of standard feasibility queries and code templates to enhance efficiency and repeatability.. . Provide post-sale support by validating outputs, troubleshooting discrepancies, and advising on analytic approaches.. . . 3+ years of experience coding with SQL (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent) and analyzing large relational healthcare datasets.. . Strong understanding of commercial pharma analytics, including market share analyses, deciling, forecasting, physician targeting, and salesforce effectiveness.. . Hands-on experience with transactional healthcare data (open/closed claims, pharmacy, medical) and standard coding systems (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, NUCC, NPPES).. . Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytic queries and deliver interpretable outputs.. . Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling ambiguous requests.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing technical results for commercial stakeholders.. . Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.. . Preferred Skills:. . Experience with claims data and familiarity with commercial pharma KPIs (TRx, NRx, persistency, adherence, market share).. . Exposure to lab, EMR, chargemaster, or consumer/SDOH data.. . Experience creating visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).. . Intermediate proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analytics.. . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. . Experience educating and presenting analytical concepts to internal and external audiences.. .
