Lead and execute data governance initiatives across multiple business units, collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders.. . Develop and maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and profiles to ensure transparency and consistency.. . Conduct in-depth analysis to diagnose and resolve complex data quality issues, providing actionable insights and recommendations.. . Mentor and guide data quality analysts, serving as a subject matter expert and promoting best practices across the organization.. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.. . 10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, and analytics.. . Strong practical knowledge of data quality management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., SFDC, Workday, NetSuite).. . Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.. . Hands-on experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes.. .
