You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to identify data quality issues, recommend solutions, and ensure effective remediation. Lead and execute data governance initiatives across multiple business units, collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders.. . Develop and maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and profiles to ensure transparency and consistency.. . Conduct in-depth analysis to diagnose and resolve complex data quality issues, providing actionable insights and recommendations.. . Mentor and guide data quality analysts, serving as a subject matter expert and promoting best practices across the organization.. . Design, implement, and automate data control frameworks using AI and advanced techniques to prevent quality issues proactively.. . Manage issue tracking from detection to resolution, ensuring proper root cause analysis and remediation with cross-functional teams.. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.. . 10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, and analytics.. . Strong practical knowledge of data quality management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., SFDC, Workday, NetSuite).. . Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.. . Hands-on experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes.. . Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.. . Ability to distill complex data findings into actionable recommendations.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.. .
