Civil Drafter (AU Construction Industry, WFH) at ConnectOS. Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Salary Package). Schedule: Monday -Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30PM PHT). What are we looking for. ?. Skills Required:. . Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Architecture is preferred.. . 2–3 years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field. . Experience in detailed design within engineering, drafting, or infrastructure projects. . Solid understanding of technical specifications, civil infrastructure, and stormwater/pavement design. . Knowledge in drafting sports fields or Fields of Play facilities is highly preferred. . Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, project management software, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite. . Familiarity with design documentation, construction phases, and tender processes. . Nice to Have:. . License in Engineering or Architecture. . Knowledgeable in Australian Construction Standards. . What will you do?. . Prepare detailed and conceptual Field of Play (FOP) designs using AutoCAD. . Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to develop complete design documentation. . Attend meetings and coordinate design requirements. . Ensure compliance with sport governing bodies, client briefs, and environmental standards. . Contribute to pre-tender cost estimates and value engineering. . Support feasibility studies and master planning with technical input. . Assist in preparing and reviewing tender and construction documentation. . Maintain clear, client-friendly communication and progress updates. . Help translate complex designs into simple, visual concepts. . Promote safety awareness, identify hazards, and support resolution of design-related issues. .
