What You’ll Do (Depending on Client Needs):. . Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation . . Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness . . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports . . Assist with payroll processing and benefits tracking . . Track and categorize expenses for budget planning . . Reconcile bank and credit card statements . . Support tax preparation with accurate financial documentation . . Maintain clean, well-organized digital records . . Liaise with external CPAs or accountants as needed. . . 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles . . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills . . Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred) . . High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism . . Excellent communication and collaboration skills . . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines . . Previous remote work experience is a plus . .
