This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead the pricing and packaging efforts for a cutting-edge SaaS product suite, directly influencing revenue growth and market positioning. You will design and execute innovative pricing frameworks that drive expansion and align with customer value perception. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success, you will ensure pricing strategies support scalable sales motions and commercial success. This fast-paced environment demands a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to help shape the company’s leadership in its industry.. . Accountabilities:. . Own end-to-end pricing strategy for new and existing products, including feature bundles, tiers, add-ons, usage models, and region-specific pricing.. . Develop monetization frameworks that connect customer value to pricing, maximizing deal size and expansion across customer segments.. . Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement teams to translate pricing strategy into actionable go-to-market tools such as playbooks, quote flows, and CPQ system integrations.. . Establish test-and-learn pricing experiments, piloting and scaling successful pricing models across verticals and buyer personas.. . Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behaviors to maintain competitive differentiation.. . Track and report key pricing performance metrics including adoption rates, monetization efficiency, average deal size, and customer expansion.. . Present pricing insights and revenue impact analyses to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.. . . 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing strategy, product marketing, business operations, or consulting, ideally within high-growth companies.. . Demonstrated success designing and implementing scalable pricing models suited to complex products and diverse customer bases.. . Strong financial and analytical skills with experience building pricing frameworks, cohort analyses, and P&L impact scenarios.. . Ability to clearly communicate complex pricing concepts into compelling go-to-market narratives for sales and customer success teams.. . Hands-on experience managing CPQ systems, quote operations, and aligning pricing with RevOps and Finance stakeholders.. . Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution and manage cross-functional collaboration.. .
