Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and incentives via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, including solar, wind, and other sustainable options.. . Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and service requests.. . Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely and accurate information to clients.. . Stay updated on industry trends and renewable energy policies to provide informed advice.. . . Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.. . Outstanding communication skills and a passion for sustainability.. . Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.. .
