Experience working with Tier 1 markets — a plus.. 📋 Your daily adventures:. Operational tasks:. Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns (daily, weekly, themed, holiday campaigns); . Create and optimize automated communication flows (triggers, welcome-flow, life-cycle logic); . Manage multi-channel communications: email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, messengers. . Smartico-related responsibilities:. Configure missions, badges, tournament logic, Fortune Wheel, and other gamification mechanics; . Build campaign logic using Smartico Rules Engine; . Manage segments and personalized campaigns within Smartico; . Conduct A/B testing within Smartico. . Additional responsibilities:. Segment users based on lifecycle stage, gaming, and payment behavior; . Collaborate with designers and content managers on creatives and campaign texts; . Contribute to setting and adjusting campaign KPIs: OR, CTR, CR, Retention, Reactivation.. Team and cross-functional collaboration:. Work closely with VIP, Promo, BI, Product, Content, and Support teams; . Participate in planning the quarterly CRM roadmap; . Prepare campaign reports and presentations; .
