Lead the design, programming, and optimization of complex DDC control systems in commercial buildings.. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical specifications, project scope, and strategic goals.. Provide technical leadership to the Controls Team, including mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer.. Program, configure, and integrate DDC controllers, supervisory devices, and peripheral equipment using advanced control programming languages.. Conduct system inspections, performance testing, functional verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system operation.. Integrate DDC systems with HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems, and evaluate emerging IoT technologies.. Support pre-sales and business development initiatives, including technical proposals and system demonstrations.. Maintain detailed documentation of control system designs, programming logic, network configurations, and maintenance activities.. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).. 10+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation, programming, and optimization of DDC control systems in commercial buildings.. Expertise in advanced controls programming platforms such as Niagara, Tridium, or equivalent.. Strong knowledge of building automation protocols and communication networks (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).. Experience integrating control systems with HVAC, lighting, security, and IoT technologies.. Proficiency in reading complex schematics, control drawings, and specifications.. Thorough understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including low-voltage wiring and relevant codes.. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills..
