As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll prospect targeted accounts, engage potential customers with personalized outreach, and help build a healthy pipeline of leads. You'll use both strategic and tactical skills to connect with key decision-makers across multiple channels. Research and personalize outreach to target accounts, aligning with sales on strategy and messaging.. . Manage inbound and outbound lead generation efforts across multiple personas and communication channels (email, phone, social, etc.).. . Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to ensure pipeline quality.. . Leverage marketing content, buyer intent data, and tools like Outreach to drive prospecting effectiveness.. . Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM and follow defined sales development processes.. . Host discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Sales seamlessly.. . Nurture long-term leads and re-engage inactive prospects to support future pipeline growth.. . Support event initiatives by promoting attendance and following up to convert attendees into sales opportunities.. . Participate in ongoing team learning sessions, LinkedIn engagement, and knowledge sharing.. . . At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or prospecting role within a SaaS company.. . Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and the Outreach Sales Engagement Platform.. . Strong communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.. . Highly motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.. . Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.. .
