The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging patients virtually, interpreting health data, and delivering personalized nutrition coaching through telehealth.. Responsibilities. . Remote Patient Monitoring:. Track and interpret patient weight readings and other relevant health data . . Virtual Coaching:. Conduct engaging one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions via telehealth . . Customized Diet Planning:. Develop individualized meal plans, including for patients on medications such as Ozempic . . Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage patients remotely . Must live/work full-time in the United States (any EST or CST state) . Nice to Have.
