Compensation:. . $115,000 to $120,000 . annually, plus benefits. Your Responsibilities Include:. . Conducting weekly live video sessions for adults managing a wide range of emotional challenges.. . Utilizing assessment tools to track symptom changes, functional improvements, and goal achievements to adjust treatment as needed.. . Keeping accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal equipped with digital tools to streamline workflow.. . Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical insights as necessary.. . . . Master’s. or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.. . Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.. . At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.. . Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.. .
