Manage customer inquiries related to social media features, account management, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide users with clear information on platform policies, privacy concerns, and best practices.. . Assist in resolving account issues and facilitate the recovery of locked or compromised accounts.. . Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.. . Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to provide current information to users.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or tech industries, is preferred.. . Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.. .
