This Data Analyst role is central to driving insights that directly improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations. You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and patient engagement strategies. Your work will impact both operational efficiency and the quality of care delivered, leveraging SQL, visualization tools, and analytical best practices. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define metrics, validate data, and create dashboards that guide strategic initiatives. Success in this position requires both technical expertise and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for stakeholders.. . Accountabilities. . Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.. . Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Metabase, and Google Sheets.. . Perform exploratory and descriptive data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.. . Ensure data accuracy and integrity through QA processes and collaboration with Data Engineering.. . Optimize SQL queries and document analytical processes for scalability and reproducibility.. . Define and track key performance metrics, including clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and social determinants of health.. . Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to inform strategy, program improvements, and decision-making.. . . 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.. . Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred).. . Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.. . Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.. . Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.. . Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages such as Python or R.. . Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.. .
