Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.. . Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Metabase, and Google Sheets.. . Perform exploratory and descriptive data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.. . Ensure data accuracy and integrity through QA processes and collaboration with Data Engineering.. . Optimize SQL queries and document analytical processes for scalability and reproducibility.. . Define and track key performance metrics, including clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and social determinants of health.. . Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to inform strategy, program improvements, and decision-making.. . . 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.. . Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred).. . Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.. . Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.. . Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.. .
