Technical Virtual Assistant at Virtual Assist. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Virtual Assistant to support our. team with a blend of technical, administrative, and project coordination tasks. This role requires. a unique combination of basic data handling, low-code/no-code platform experience, automation. building, and client coordination. You will play a key role in enhancing our workflows, supporting. client onboarding, and ensuring seamless data operations across systems.. Technical Support & Data Management:. . Perform data entry and management within CRM/CMS systems, with a preference for. . experience in headless CRMs.. . Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or errors and proactively resolve issues.. . Use Airtable effectively, including advanced features like . lookup. , . roll-up. , and . linked records. .. . Write and run . Airtable scripts. to automate and enhance data flows.. . AI & Automation:. . Build and manage AI-driven automations to optimize repetitive workflows.. . Prototype solutions using low-code platforms like . Lovable. and . Bolt. .. . Collaborate with internal teams to map out automation opportunities and execute them.. . Project Coordination & Communication (Nice to Have):. . Assist in managing customer onboarding workflows and internal project milestones.. . Coordinate communication across teams and with clients as needed.. . Track deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines.. . Qualifications & Skills:. . Proven experience as a Technical VA, Systems Assistant, or similar tech-support role.. . Proficiency in CRM/CMS platforms and understanding of headless CRM structures.. . Strong knowledge of Airtable, including advanced table linking and scripting.. . Familiarity with low-code prototyping platforms (Lovable, Bolt).. . Demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI automations.. .
