Accountabilities:. . Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and treasury.. . Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely GAAP-compliant reporting.. . Manage external audits, including preparing for and completing the company’s first audit.. . Design and implement scalable systems and tools to support a rapidly growing organization.. . Partner with FP&A and business leaders to align actual performance with forecasts and strategy.. . Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing accounting team.. . Champion best practices for financial integrity, operational efficiency, and internal controls.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification required.. . 10–15 years of experience across Big 4 public accounting and industry roles, with startup or tech experience preferred.. . Strong command of GAAP and experience with building accounting functions at scale.. . Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tech stacks; Stripe and Salesforce experience is a plus.. .
