We are currently looking for a Lead Enterprise Account Executive in Germany.. Drive impact at scale in this strategic sales role focused on transforming workplace cultures across large enterprises. As a Lead Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle—building relationships, identifying business challenges, and delivering high-value solutions to prospects and clients. Balancing new business acquisition with expansion of existing accounts, you’ll engage directly with C-level leaders to shape better work environments across the DACH region. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise-level organizations (1000+ employees) in the DACH region.. . Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, marketing events, and strategic prospecting, especially targeting named accounts.. . Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and business cases to VP and C-level stakeholders.. . Develop tailored points of view and account plans for both prospecting and expansion strategies.. . Maintain detailed forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce, ensuring visibility and alignment across internal teams.. . Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers, identifying retention risks and proactively driving mitigation plans.. . Lead strategic account reviews to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, achieving growth across a rolling 6-month period.. . Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with legal, security, and solution consultants to ensure smooth deal execution.. . . 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS, ideally with a focus on HR tech or enterprise software.. . Proven success in both new business and expansion within enterprise accounts.. . Fluent in both German and English, with deep experience selling into the DACH region.. . Strong executive presence and confidence engaging with VP and C-level stakeholders.. . Skilled in building multi-threaded relationships across complex organizations.. . Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) and understanding of pipeline stage management.. . Highly data-literate with the ability to leverage insights to influence buying decisions.. . Experience managing cross-functional internal teams through complex deal cycles.. .
