As a (Senior) AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling AI-powered services that directly enhance user experience and business value. You will work on the core infrastructure for AI-driven solutions, integrating them seamlessly into SaaS platforms while setting best practices for future development. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves working with large language models, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven production features with a focus on scalability, robustness, and performance.. Implement and optimize AI pipelines, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector search components.. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user-facing features.. Contribute to testing, monitoring, and observability of AI systems to ensure high reliability and accuracy.. Lead technical discussions, mentor colleagues, and define standards for building, deploying, and maintaining AI services.. Continuously explore and implement AI innovations, driving the adoption of best practices across the team.. . 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS environments.. Knowledge of applied AI/ML concepts, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams..
