Provide exceptional customer service support to Italian-speaking clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and logistics processes.. . Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met.. . Utilize customer support tools and software to document interactions and follow up as needed.. . Conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries and maintain detailed records of communications.. . Identify trends in customer requests and provide feedback for process improvement.. . . Fluent in Italian, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.. . Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.. . Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.. .
