Deliver high-quality, high-impact video content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion for Red Wolf Group’s brand and offerings.. You’ll work with a library of professionally shot footage (keynotes, workshops, client programs, and interviews) and transform it into story-driven content for social media, paid ads, landing pages, sales tools, and client learning modules.. This role is contractor-based and outcome-focused: success is measured by video deliverables produced each month, not hours worked.. Key Responsibilities. Each month, Red Wolf Group will outline a set of video deliverables and their intended outcomes. These may include (but aren’t limited to):. . Short-form social edits: 30–60 second clips optimised for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels.. . Software/product demos: clear, branded explainer videos showcasing features or workflows from the software we re-sell called Predictive Index.. . Manifesto or brand films: 2–3 minute storytelling edits designed to inspire and position Red Wolf in the market.. . Testimonials and case studies: client interview highlights crafted into trust-building content.. . Training & learning modules: structured, long-form edits for client education programs.. . Video Sales Letters (VSLs): performance-driven edits for landing pages and campaigns.. . Repurposed content: turning raw footage from workshops, webinars, or podcasts into bite-sized content assets.. . Library Management & Cataloguing:. . o Review and catalogue existing footage each month.. o Create transcripts and searchable notes.. o Tag and highlight key b-roll shots (e.g., participants laughing, engaging, reacting to results).. o Maintain an organised, easy-to-use video library for future projects.. Example of an upcoming month:. . 5 × 1-minute software demos edited and branded for release.. . 1 × manifesto video (longer-form storytelling, ~3 minutes).. . 3 × testimonial/social proof edits.. . 4–6 short-form social clips from a recent keynote.. . Success Measures. Success in this role will be assessed monthly against the agreed video deliverables and their intended outcomes. Specifically:. . On-brand: All edits are consistent with Red Wolf Group’s brand identity (tone, look, feel, and voice).. . Brief alignment: Videos meet the agreed scope and purpose outlined in the monthly brief.. . Minimal rework: Edits are sharp, accurate, and require no more than two rounds of feedback to finalise.. . Timely delivery: All agreed deliverables are completed within the monthly timeframe.. . Strategic value: Content serves its purpose — whether that’s social engagement, sales conversion, brand positioning, or client education.. . Library organised: Delivered assets are clearly labelled, easy to find, and reusable by the wider team.. . Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For. . 5+ years of video editing across marketing, content, or production.. . Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. This role will be independently taking our testimonials and turning them into final polished videos for our audiences.. . Proficiency in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync.. . Skilled at captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social.. . Excellent English communication (written & verbal).. . Bonus: Experience with 360° and drone footage, YouTube SEO editing practices, and creating VSLs.. Work Style & Personality Fit. .
