You will partner with business and IT teams to develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics while implementing effective data archiving and purging strategies. Accountabilities. . Build, maintain, and optimize advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.. . Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.. . Ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance across all Workday data outputs.. . Define and implement data archiving and purge processes in line with compliance and retention policies.. . Conduct audits to validate archived and purged data and resolve related system issues.. . Partner with IT and compliance teams to execute data lifecycle strategies effectively.. . Provide guidance, training, and support on Workday reporting and data management best practices.. . . Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.. . 5+ years of Workday experience, including reporting and data lifecycle management.. .
