Performance Rewards & Compensation and Benefits (C&B) professional. to support and manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance reward processes. This role requires strong domain expertise in HR operations, deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, and hands-on experience with HR systems, analytics, and compliance—particularly within a Singapore context..
