As Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical projects, from design to execution, ensuring optimal performance and safety:. . Lead, coach, and mentor the electrical team to achieve operational excellence.. . Plan, coordinate, and deliver electrical projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.. . Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, industry codes, and regulations.. . Develop preventive maintenance schedules and perform regular inspections/audits.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve issues.. . Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical proposals.. . We are seeking a proven leader with extensive technical expertise in electrical engineering and project supervision:. . Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).. . Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical design, engineering, and supervision.. . AC Electrical Contractors license required.. . Proficiency with design and engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, MS Office, Visio, CAD).. . In-depth knowledge of power distribution, control systems, automation, PLC programming, and SCADA.. . Experience with both high- and low-voltage systems, plus familiarity with renewable energy technologies.. . Understanding of hazardous classifications and safety standards.. . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.. . Physical ability to work in varied environments, lift up to 75 lbs, climb, and use PPE.. .
