As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end user experiences for digital health products that support lasting behavior change. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical partners to identify opportunities, design intuitive solutions, and iterate based on user insights. This role emphasizes user-centered design, balancing business goals, clinical guidance, and user needs to deliver engaging and impactful experiences. You will lead the design process from ideation through high-fidelity implementation, advocate for accessibility and usability, and mentor junior designers. Identify gaps and opportunities in member and care team experiences, advocating for the most impactful problems to solve.. . Lead the design process through ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design in iterative cycles.. . Collaborate with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and clinical teams to align on goals and deliverables.. . Apply user-centered design methodologies to develop solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.. . Translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant designs that balance user needs, business objectives, and clinical guidance.. . Mentor and provide feedback to peers and junior designers to elevate overall design quality.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of professional product design experience.. . At least 2 years working on an in-house product team, owning the evolution of existing products.. . Proven experience translating complex problems into elegant, high-fidelity design solutions.. . Strong visual design skills and experience creating and maintaining design systems.. . Skilled at receiving and integrating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.. . Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, prototyping tools, and iterative design processes.. .
