Create and execute a strategic business plan to drive product adoption across a multi-state territory.. . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and decision-makers across multiple specialties.. . Effectively engage in both in-person (70%+) and virtual meetings with stakeholders in settings such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, ICUs, and ORs.. . Meet or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets through strategic selling and relationship-building.. . Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or the broader healthcare industry.. . Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing territory performance.. . Strong clinical communication skills and the ability to interpret complex data.. . Experience working independently while managing key account relationships and call cycles.. .
