On a given day, a Data Quality Project Manager will:. . Plan, manage, and oversee data quality projects across multiple stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.. . Validate and cross-check vendor data to ensure robust quality standards.. . Develop automated data quality assurance solutions and frameworks, applying the JKK principle (Built-in-Quality with ownership).. . Perform end-to-end testing using actual vehicle systems and real-world vehicle data.. . Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring reliability across systems.. . Coordinate with cross-functional R&D and regulatory teams, ensuring effective communication, prioritisation, and delivery of project milestones.. . Infuse data quality practices into BI, reporting, and other business-critical systems.. . Contribute to broader data-related initiatives, including EU Data Act compliance.. . When R-OBD becomes mandated, coordinate and respond to authority/regulatory inquiries in close collaboration with Quality Function and R&D.. . Working closely with internal partners and/or vendors to validate and improve data quality processes.. . In order to be successful in this role you will need:. . BSc. and/or MSc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field.. . Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Data Engineer, Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Validation roles.. . Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, stakeholder management, and delivery in complex technical environments.. . Strong knowledge of data analysis and scripting (SQL, Python, etc.).. . Experience working with DataFrames (e.g., Pandas, PySpark).. . Experience developing automated data quality solutions and setting up frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, deequ).. . Familiarity with end-to-end testing using real-world/vehicle data.. . Good understanding of regulatory requirements and data compliance (e.g., EU Data Act).. . Previous working experience with BI/reporting systems and integrating data quality controls.. . Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).. . PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).. . Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.. . Strong communication skills to document and present findings effectively.. .
