Role  . The selected candidates will work closely with the Durban Business Owner and the team to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the business during peak operational hours. The role will largely follow the existing Operations function, with a focus on admin support, customer experience, and operational coordination.. Key responsibilities include:. Admin panel support and inventory updates . Customer service and player support  . Operational assistance during peak hours. Other ad hoc operational and administrative tasks. Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management  . Excellent English communication skills  . Strong attention to detail . Passion for customer service  . Friendly positive attitude and team player  . Bachelor's Degree/Diploma  . Interest in football is a BIG PLUS  . Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS .  . Other Details  . 3–4 days per week. supporting operations during peak hours, especially Durban evenings.
