We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the UAE market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a deep understanding of the construction and real estate sectors in the region, and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building high-value partnerships. . Key Responsibilities . Strategic Growth & Business Development . Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the UAE construction sector. . Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with BolsterUp’s expansion goals. . Lead high-level discussions and present BolsterUp’s value proposition to decision-makers in architectural firms, real estate developers, contractors, and suppliers. . Relationship Management . Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the market. . Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success on the platform and identifying upsell opportunities. . Market Intelligence & Positioning . Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions. . Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and platform features to regional needs. . Sales Process Leadership . Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. . Represent BolsterUp at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UAE and GCC region. . Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the tech, SaaS, or PropTech sector. . Strong network within the UAE’s construction and development ecosystem. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. . Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus). . Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive results. .
