IT Level 3 at Freelance Latin America. We are looking for an adaptable IT professional with hands-on experience in cloud, server, networking, and security solutions. You have a track record of installing, configuring, and maintaining a broad range of platforms and tools, from Microsoft 365 and AWS to firewall, backup, and ticketing systems. If you are resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable adjusting to evolving client needs, you’ll thrive in this role.. Key Responsibilities. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of Office 365, Google Workspace or Amazon AWS products.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server and other servers.. . Medium/high management of programming languages required for the installed services.. . Analysis and Comparison of different IT services to select the optimal ones for customers.. . Optimization and scalability of purchased hardware and software.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of Email and DNS services, among others.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of Antivirus, Firewall and VPN software such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl, among others.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of remote connection software such as ConnectWise, Datto, among others.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne, among others.. . Generation of troubleshooting documentation and software management on platforms such as ITGlue. Good Customer Service.. . Installation, configuration and maintenance of ticketing systems such as Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise.. . . Access to the highest technical resources for troubleshooting and feature development.. . Administration experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, or AWS.. . Troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, and Windows Server environments.. . Proven ability in remote software installation and management.. . Experience in local network administration and IP addressing.. . Excellent customer service skills, ticket management, and business documentation creation.. . Proficient in administering email filters, DNS, and IT security tools.. . Experience managing backup, firewall, and virtualization software.. . Advanced knowledge in server and cloud service administration.. . Programming skills for task automation.. . Installation and maintenance of servers and cloud solutions.. . Hands-on experience with various network administration software.. . Ongoing evaluation and optimization of client-facing applications.. . Relevant certifications in the offered technical services.. . Soft Skills:. . Team player. . Willingness to help. .
