We are currently looking for a Director, Marketing Planning & Operations in United States.. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning, operational efficiency, and execution excellence of a dynamic marketing organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee integrated marketing planning models, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives. You will also manage budget oversight in collaboration with Finance, optimize processes for improved performance, and coordinate high-impact deliverables for key stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board. Refine, optimize, and iterate on integrated marketing planning models for both major campaigns and ongoing quarterly initiatives.. . Lead and facilitate cross-discipline marketing planning sessions to ensure alignment and operational excellence.. . Partner with Finance to monitor and maintain marketing budgets across travel, expenses, and other investment areas.. . Serve as project lead and co-editor for quarterly business previews and reviews for the marketing team.. . Oversee the development of marketing deliverables for long-range and annual planning processes.. . Ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing communications, from weekly updates to company-wide newsletters and board presentations.. . Identify and address inefficiencies in marketing processes, recommending and implementing solutions.. . . 10+ years in marketing planning and operations, strategy and operations, or similar leadership roles.. . Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, effective writing.. . Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering on or ahead of deadlines.. . Strategic problem-solver with a deep understanding of business operations and product engagement.. . Experience managing budgets in complex or matrixed organizations.. .
