Manage customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and troubleshooting steps.. . Assist customers with order processing, returns, and warranty claims effectively.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to offer precise solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on product launches and advancements in consumer electronics to provide relevant advice.. . .
