You will define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, firmware, and operations teams to bring innovative hardware solutions to market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full product lifecycle management, from customer discovery and concept design to launch and ongoing optimization. You will influence cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and ensure that products deliver tangible value to users while meeting business objectives. This is a high-impact position for a product leader passionate about creating reliable, scalable, and customer-focused connected devices.. Accountabilities:. ·         Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more device product lines, from concept to launch and beyond.. ·         Identify customer needs and pain points, translate them into product vision, and create actionable roadmaps.. ·         Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution.. ·         Define and track KPIs, including customer engagement, retention, revenue impact, margin, and subscription metrics.. ·         Make informed trade-off decisions balancing user experience, technical constraints, cost, and schedule.. ·         Advocate for the customer and evangelize the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.. ·         10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading hardware or connected device products from concept to launch.. ·         Proven success managing full product lifecycles, with strong ability to define product strategy grounded in customer insights and business objectives.. ·         Deep understanding of hardware and software development processes, including firmware, mobile integration, and manufacturing considerations.. ·         Strong analytical skills, with experience owning metrics like margin, attach rate, retention, and subscription conversion.. ·         Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership skills.. ·         Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.. ·         Passion for improving the lives of users through connected device technology..
