We are seeking a results-driven Inbound Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling role—you’ll be engaging with qualified inbound leads from digital channels and strategic partners. You’ll own the sales process from demo to deal close, while also managing ongoing commercial relationships with your customers—including renewals, upsells, and expansions.. What You’ll Be Doing. . Engage with qualified inbound leads and guide them through the buying journey. . Deliver tailored product demos to HR, TA, and business stakeholders. . Provide timely follow-ups with meeting notes, supporting materials, and insights. . Set up and manage access to free trials, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience. . Own deal cycles end-to-end and be measured by conversion rate and revenue impact. . Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. . Work closely with customer success to ensure a seamless post-sale experience. . Provide feedback from prospects and customers to help shape product and messaging. . . What We’re Looking For. . 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (inbound or full-cycle), preferably with some account management exposure. . Native or fluent English (C2 level); excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams is a strong plus. . Background in Psychology or experience with assessment platforms is highly desirable. . Self-starter, comfortable working remotely across North and Latin American time zones. . Strong organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills. . . Company Location: Brazil.
