Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in contract-related roles (commercial, service agreements, or similar). . . . Education:. Studies in Law, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. . . . Languages:. . 100% Bilingual (Spanish – English, B2-C1 minimum, both written and conversational).. . . . Technology:. Proficiency in contract management software and tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Excel, Slack, Monday, and case management systems.. . Responsibilities. . Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, service agreements, and related legal documents. . . Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of agreements. . . Maintain updated contract management systems and the firm’s document database. . . Provide support in basic negotiations and follow-up on contractual commitments. . . Prepare control, status, and compliance reports regarding contracts. . .
