We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to act as the technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping customers integrate solutions into complex IT environments. In this role, you will guide prospects from initial discussions to final implementation, conduct demos and workshops, design Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and address architecture and security concerns. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions. This role offers the chance to influence product adoption, shape technical sales processes, and work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with occasional in-person collaboration.. . Accountabilities:. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical partner for both customers and internal teams. Your main responsibilities include:. . Support sales colleagues through all stages of the sales cycle, from technical deep dives to customized solution designs.. . Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase value to IT and executive stakeholders.. . Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), respond to security reviews, and structure responses to RFPs and RFIs.. . Translate customer needs into clear requirements for product and implementation teams.. . Advise customers on integration, architecture, and security best practices.. . Collaborate with your team to develop technical sales playbooks and establish best practices.. . Represent the company confidently at client meetings, workshops, and industry events.. . The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and consulting skills. Required qualifications include:. . 3–5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Value Consulting, preferably within B2B SaaS or consulting.. . Confidence in technical discussions with IT, security, and C-level stakeholders.. . Proficiency in Enterprise IT architectures, Identity Management (SSO, SCIM, AD), data integration, and security practices.. . Customer- and solution-focused mindset, able to provide clear answers to complex questions.. . Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience thriving in a scale-up environment and contributing to process design.. . Willingness to travel as required.. . Fluency in German and English.. . Company Location: France.
