Monitor and respond to support tickets according to SLAs.. Investigate issues on Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) platforms and provide clear root cause analysis.. Implement hotfixes or minor patches when necessary.. Escalate complex issues to the build/development team with well-documented findings.. Collaborate with global Run Team members to ensure smooth 24/5 coverage.. Maintain proper documentation of incident handling and fixes.. Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment for hotfixes.. Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Magento (Magento 2.x required, Adobe Commerce experience preferred).. Strong PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript skills.. Experience with debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.. Familiarity with Git, Jira (or similar ticketing systems), and common DevOps workflows.. Magento certification(s) preferred but not mandatory.. Experience in incident management and working within SLA-driven environments is an advantage.. Good written and verbal English communication skills..
