This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and enjoys delivering exceptional IT support. You will act as the primary point of contact for users, providing Tier I, II, and III support across multiple channels, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with development and Scrum teams. The position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support reporting and documentation efforts. Provide Tier I, II, and III multi-channel Help Desk support for users and stakeholders.. . Troubleshoot bugs and defects, ensuring application functionality and performance meet requirements.. . Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint activities.. . Triage and prioritize requests, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.. . Support the development of monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports, including inquiry trend analysis.. . Test and validate user stories, tasks, and bugs during and after sprints.. . Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to knowledge management systems.. . Respond to stakeholder inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.. . . U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with at least 3 of the last 5 years residing in the country.. . Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a Public Trust clearance.. . Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.. . Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams.. . Experience applying standard requirements to distinctive technical designs.. . Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. .
