Key Responsibilities. Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with leads to schedule appointments. . Qualify prospects based on client criteria and gather essential information before handover. . Maintain accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM system. . Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. . Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions. .
