Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services through phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.. . Educate clients on product applications, usage guidelines, and compliance requirements.. . Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to product functionality.. . Document all interactions clearly and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.. . Work closely with internal teams to facilitate efficient service delivery and enhance customer experience.. .
