As a TDM Architect/Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced Test Data Management (TDM) solutions that enable high-quality, secure, and scalable data for testing environments. You will be responsible for shaping enterprise-level TDM strategies, integrating automation, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Working closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams, you will architect solutions that accelerate delivery cycles, reduce risk, and improve data quality. Accountabilities. ·         Design and implement enterprise-level TDM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.. ·         Develop and manage TDM frameworks using Broadcom CA TDM components such as TDM Portal, Data Maker, Fast Data Masker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflows.. ·         Integrate TDM solutions into Agile/DevOps environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated data provisioning.. ·         Implement secure data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and cloning strategies to support compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).. ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess data needs, and deliver scalable test data environments.. ·         Manage the complete test data lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and security.. ·         Drive continuous improvement in TDM processes and tools through performance monitoring, automation, and innovation.. . ·         Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. ·         8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM (mandatory), Delphix (preferred), Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket.. ·         Proven expertise with Broadcom CA TDM components: TDM Portal, Data Maker, Fast Data Masker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflows.. ·         Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, and cloud storage systems).. ·         Experience with Delphix platform for data virtualization, self-service configuration, cloning, and REST API-based automation (a strong plus).. ·         Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, with experience integrating TDM solutions into CI/CD pipelines.. ·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex projects across teams.. ·         Knowledge of data privacy regulations, data quality practices, ETL/ELT processes, and containerization (Docker) is a plus.. .
