About the Role . As a GTM Recruiter at Elements, you’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high quality hiring strategies for a variety of GTM roles, from marketing executives to VPs of sales and the potential to widen into corporate functions also. You’ll have the opportunity to design innovative sourcing approaches, build diverse talent pipelines, and provide a unique candidate experience within a fast paced, dynamic tech environment. . What You’ll Be Doing . Manage end to end recruitment for GTM roles, working as part of a larger Talent Acquisition team. . Partner with company stakeholders to understand workforce planning and role requirements. . Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, US job boards, referrals, and talent mapping. . Deliver against high volume recruitment targets while maintaining quality. . Use ATS systems and data insights to track progress, improve processes, and share hiring metrics with stakeholders. . Champion employer branding and diversity initiatives to attract top GTM talent into the business. . Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies. . About You . Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in the US for a high-profile tech brand. . Strong background hiring for tech companies (SaaS, Tech, or high growth scale ups). . Skilled in stakeholder management, confident working with senior leaders. . Comfortable managing high volume and senior level recruitment while maintaining quality and speed. . Proficient with ATS systems and data driven recruitment practices. . Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills. .
