We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead and scale our HR function in alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader with a proven ability to build systems, influence leadership, and deliver impactful programs across the full employee lifecycle.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide strategic direction and leadership across all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.. . Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies.. . Own the HRIS strategy, including data governance, analytics, and integration with payroll and performance systems.. . Lead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.. . Champion a strong workplace culture through employee engagement, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.. . Manage the full employee lifecycle at a strategic level: pre-employment, onboarding, offboarding, records management, and benefits administration.. . Advise senior leaders on performance management strategies, including development plans, reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.. . Evaluate and manage relationships with external HR service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.. . Lead and mentor the HR team to build capacity and enhance functional excellence.. . Qualifications & Experience. . Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.. .
