Responsibilities. . Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate new business opportunities.. . Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet criteria before passing to sales team.. . Nurture leads through regular follow-up, personalized messaging, and thoughtful engagement to move them through the pipeline.. . Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and insights on prospect behavior to refine outreach efforts.. . Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and improve conversion rates across outbound and inbound efforts.. . Qualifications. . 0-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.. .
