We’re seeking a talented and user-centric Product Designer to join a fast-paced team focused on building intuitive and innovative digital experiences for a growing telehealth platform. In this role, you’ll transform complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions by leveraging your expertise in UX and interaction design. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering meaningful, accessible user experiences.. Accountabilities:. ·         Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile, from ideation to high-fidelity mockups. ·         Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and design systems. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions. ·         Use research insights to continuously improve UX and inform design decisions. ·         Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency. ·         Balance multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic Agile environment. ·         Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring intuitive and accessible design. ·         2+ years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment. ·         Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design, including user flows and prototypes. ·         Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite. ·         Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating closely with engineering and product stakeholders. ·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly. ·         Strong knowledge of user research, information architecture, and accessibility best practices. ·         Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically while executing with precision.
