As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - SAM Pro, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex client projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, effective solutions. The role involves conducting workshops, designing custom applications, integrating modules, and guiding junior engineers. You will ensure adherence to best practices, ITIL processes, and platform standards while driving innovation and operational excellence. Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow ITAM and SAM Pro solutions.. Conduct requirements analysis sessions, workshops, and gather functional and technical specifications.. Customize ServiceNow applications, including Assignment and Approval rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists.. Integrate ServiceNow ITAM solutions with Discovery, Core modules, and other enterprise systems.. Develop technical solutions, draft use cases, functional requirement documents, proposals, and statements of work.. Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and pre-sales support for solution design and implementation.. 5–10 years of application development experience in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environments.. Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with in-depth architectural knowledge.. Expertise in ITAM/SAM Pro solutions, including integrations with Discovery and Core modules.. Strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes and practical implementation experience.. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies: JavaScript, Java, HTML, Web Services, PowerShell, Shell Script.. Experience with databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (Jakarta Tomcat, Apache), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.. ServiceNow Fundamentals certification required; Implementation Specialist or other module certifications preferred..
