Real Estate Operations Support. . Coordinate and schedule property tours. . Assist with preparation tasks for property listings. . Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports. . Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports. . Client & Agent Coordination. . Serve as a key liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers. . Ensure smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions. . Product Development Collaboration. . Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features. .
