We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions that inform key business decisions. This role is central to shaping executive-facing insights and ensuring that leadership teams receive accurate, actionable data to drive growth and operational performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, data engineering, and analytics teams to define reporting roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and maintain consistency in core KPIs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to communicate complex metrics clearly to senior stakeholders. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a global, distributed team and influence strategic decisions across multiple business units.. . Accountabilities. Define and manage the strategic roadmap for enterprise reporting products, focusing on usability, accuracy, and executive alignment.. Serve as the subject matter expert on all key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistency, clarity, and proper documentation.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, data engineering, business operations) to deliver accurate and timely executive reporting packages.. Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding data interpretation, reporting needs, and roadmap prioritization.. Own the quality assurance and governance processes for executive reporting, ensuring high standards of data integrity.. Identify gaps in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools, and drive improvements that scale across the organization.. . 5+ years of experience in product management, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in an enterprise or multi-brand environment.. Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.. Strong understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.. Excellent project management skills, including roadmap development and stakeholder management.. Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear business insights for senior audiences.. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.. Experience in the Payments domain or familiarity with compliance standards is highly desirable..
