Managing . emails. and inbox triage. Organising and sending . client merch packs. Transaction & Deal Support. Organising . pre-settlement inspections. Requesting and managing . rental appraisals. Liaising with . property managers. Coordinating communication with . trades. Supporting . post-exchange. and pre-settlement processes. Client & Stakeholder Communication. Day-to-day . client communications. Liaising with . agents. when required. Managing ongoing . deal-related correspondence. Acting as a professional point of contact across transactions.
