Drive marketing strategy across ads, email, social, webinars, video, SEO, and events that directly feeds revenue. . Lead and manage a high-performance marketing team, set priorities, oversee execution, and coach for results. . Run a multichannel lead generation machine that consistently delivers qualified opportunities to sales. . Track, measure, and report on leads at every stage, tying marketing activity directly to revenue impact. . Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel optimization. . Develop thought leadership and brand storytelling that positions Abogados Now as the undisputed authority in Hispanic legal marketing. . Manage agency partners, freelancers, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. . You Are. . A marketing leader with 5+ years driving demand generation and explosive growth (agency or B2B services preferred). . Experienced managing teams and cross-channel campaigns that generate measurable, scalable pipeline. . Comfortable running marketing ops, analytics, and CRM integrations, numbers matter as much as creative. . A strategist who can also roll up your sleeves and execute when the situation demands it. .
