We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive both the development of our brand and our Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) offerings. This leader will play a critical role in shaping Adoreal’s growth, brand visibility, and strategic initiatives, working closely with the President and Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. . This role will be pivotal in building Adoreal’s brand as the leader in Consumer-Led Aesthetics while supporting clinics on our platform with tailored marketing services. You must be versatile in digital marketing strategies, brand development, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing, and have a passion for innovation. . This is a remote US based position leading an global marketing team and clients.. Responsibilities: . Strategic Leadership: . Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and clinic onboarding across multiple markets (UK, US, and Europe). . Oversee the development of our Marketing-as-a-Service offering, supporting partner clinics with tailored marketing strategies. . Report directly to the President, contributing to executive decision-making and long-term growth planning . . Brand Growth & Development: . Own Adoreal’s brand positioning and messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency with our Consumer-Led Aesthetics mission. . Build and grow Adoreal’s presence in the aesthetics space by leveraging the latest market trends, including non-invasive procedures and consumer personalization. . Digital Marketing Execution: . . Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing, to drive growth and consumer engagement. . . Manage digital campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance, cost-efficiency, and brand impact.. . Team Leadership: . . Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability within the team. . . Encourage cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and data science teams to align key business objectives. . . Data-Driven Decision Making: . Utilize insights from Adoreal’s platform to optimize marketing strategies for both Adoreal and partner clinics. . Set and track KPIs, ensuring consistent performance improvement across all marketing initiatives. . Hands-On Execution: . Dive into campaigns and projects when needed, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed with precision. If you can’t do it yourself, you’ll know who can. . Proven track record (7+ years) in leading marketing teams, with a strong focus on brand development, digital marketing, and performance and growth marketing. . Experience in the aesthetics, health, or beauty industry is a plus, but not required. . Preferably from an agency background or a high-growth startup, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. . Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. . Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and digital analytics platforms. . Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful digital campaigns. . Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. .
